Terms & Condition
Contractual Relationship
“RMS Motors” provides automobile repair, maintenance, servicing (and related) services (“Services”). By accessing or using our services (in-person, via phone/WhatsApp/website/social media or otherwise), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not avail the Services.
Definitions
“Services” include any type of repair, maintenance, inspection, detailing, parts replacement or related automobile work. “Estimated Cost / Quote” refers to the approximate cost and time shared before starting work. “Workshop / Service Center” means RMS Motors’ garage or associated facility where the work is carried out. “Customer Vehicle” means the vehicle brought in by you for service.
Service Provision
RMS Motors provides services based on availability, requirement and final confirmation from both sides.
Any estimate given for cost or time is approximate. Actual cost or time may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle or additional issues discovered during inspection.
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or defects not initially visible.
Customer Responsibilities
You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the vehicle. You must provide complete and accurate information regarding the vehicle’s issues and history. You agree to follow RMS Motors’ instructions regarding drop-off, pick-up, payment and communication.
Charges & Payments
You agree to pay the charges for the services requested. Advance payment may be required for certain types of work or for ordering parts. Once the service is completed and accepted, payment becomes final and non-refundable. If payment is delayed, RMS Motors may hold the vehicle until the dues are cleared, along with any applicable storage charges.
Liability & Warranty
RMS Motors will perform all work with professional care and workmanship. Unless specifically mentioned in writing, no warranties are provided on parts or services. We are not responsible for damages arising from previous neglect, misuse, aftermarket modifications or parts not supplied by us.
Our liability is limited to direct damages only and does not include indirect or consequential losses.
Vehicle Storage
If you delay picking up your vehicle beyond the agreed time, storage or parking charges may apply. RMS Motors will take reasonable care of your vehicle while in our possession, but liability is limited to cases of clear negligence.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once work has begun after your approval, the job cannot be cancelled. No refunds are applicable for completed or partially completed services.
Feedback & Communication
You may share reviews or feedback. By doing so, you permit RMS Motors to use the feedback for internal or promotional purposes. You agree to avoid making false, defamatory or misleading public statements.
Data & Personal Information
RMS Motors may store your information for service-related communication, billing and records. Your data will not be misused or shared with third parties unless required by law.
Termination
RMS Motors may refuse or terminate service for reasons such as misrepresentation, non-payment or misconduct. You remain responsible for paying for any work completed up to the termination point.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RMS Motors against claims, damages or liabilities resulting from your misuse of services, false information or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
